LANOGA AND CITY OF HOPE CANCER CENTER:  PARTNERS IN HOPE   City of Hope Cancer Center has long been at the forefront of discovering powerful new ways to diagnose and treat cancer and other life-threatening diseases.  Here, some of the world's most knowledgeable physicians, researchers, scientists and health care professionals have quietly joined forces with generous donors in an effort to not just treat -- but one day cure -- cancers that affect the lives of adults and children around the world.  The Hardware/Home Improvement Industry continues to be a major force in supporting the research and treatment programs conducted at City of Hope.  To date, our industry contributions have exceeded $126 million, making it City of Hope's premier industry support group.    Lanoga has been a strong supporter of City of Hope for many years and is involved in a number of City of Hope fund-raising programs.  Each year Lanoga participates in a myriad of retailer hosted golf tournaments benefiting City of Hope.  In addition, we have been longstanding participants of the Product Donation Program, Walk For Hope, endowments, Workplace Giving and cause-related marketing.  Because of our ongoing efforts, Lanoga was recently honored by City of Hope as a leader of industry through its "Heroes of the Hardware Industry" campaign.
