Lanoga strives to continually increase market share at its current locations. Beyond that, our growth is primarily through the acquisition of existing lumber and building material outlets in new markets. The majority of our current operations are a result of acquisitions in recent years.

Our usual target company is a leader in its market with a strong focus on contractor business. We are interested in acquiring single unit operations or multi-unit chains. Upon acquiring a company, we typically retain most, if not all, employees and fold the new location(s) into one of our existing divisions.
